MAD COPPER
Cocktail for all occasions, slightly fruity with some delightful sweet spicy notes.
Ingrédients
– 4 cl HSE rum aged in wood
– 1.5 cl Madeira
– 2 cl lime
– 3 cl hibiscus or Gwozey péyi syrup
– 1 cardamom seed
– 1 piece ginger
Préparation
Crush the cardamom seed and the ginger to release the aromas. Add the other ingredients except the Madeira. Shake well. Strain into the glass before adding the Madeira.
