The sugar cane variety used for this exceptional rhum is “R570”, more usually known as “golden cane” or “straw blond cane”.

MASTER TASTERS NOTE

The nose opens up onto an intense exotic fruit note, followed by white flowers and citrus notes. In the mouth, the initial ethereal mouthfeel delights by its exceptional aromatic complexity with hints of star anise and roasted pineapple. The flavor profile then develops further with licorice notes, jasmine, and a touch of Sichuan pepper, the whole being both elegant with a remarkably long finish.
